If the applicant does not have a personal bank account, a relative must provide an official affidavit of support, signed at the appropriate authority in their place of residence. The original document must be carried at the time of visa application.

A cover letter from the applicant explaining the purpose of travel, travel duration, itinerary details, and relevant personal information.

Income Tax Returns (ITR) for the past three years.

Appointment letter from the employer.

Proof of legal registration of the company.

A reference or employment verification letter from the employer.
